This form is for parties who would like to reserve a fully private tea time (Tuesday-Saturday 11am, 1pm, 3pm). The rental breakdown cost is on our Afternoon Tea Page, but will be discussed more in depth by our event coordinator after this form is submitted. Pre-payment is required to finalize your event date, but it is not required for filling out this form as this form is a request not reservation.
